HE'S BACK! The legend that is REALLY JOEL which began in December 1992 is performing live again. Described as the definitive tribute to Billy Joel, Australia's own Maurice Lepore holds the floor in a live show that squeezes the most out of this performers striking physical and musical similarities to the great Billy Joel himself.
However, it does not end there. Maurice has included other acts into the show to appeal to a wider audience including a fantastic Tom Jones impersonation. Everything from the Eagles to Top 40 songs are covered to ensure all musical tastes are catered for. This can be done solo or as a duo.
The REALLY JOEL show has preformed all over the state from the Victorian Arts Centre to exclusive Country Clubs; from the 40 Hour Famine Charity function to the dazzle of the Australian Casino Circuit and Elite Corporate Functions.
And lets not forget that incredible night with the "Piano Man" himself at Melbourne Park on November 19th, 1994 when around16,000 unsuspecting Joel fans were witness to an entertainment history first. Maurice was invited and supported by Billy Joel and his band for the entire duration of "Only The Good Die Young". In true Billy Joel fashion of yesteryear, the crowd were driven to their feet as REALLY JOEL scaled Billy's trademark "Black Baby Grand".
