Up front and personal - Is a burlesque flavoured review inspired by a 1940’s salon/cabaret.
Alyce Platt Surrounded by a bevy of sultry, dolled-up, cut-and-pasted women striking a pose, is the hip-shimmying, sultry chanteuse who weaves together this tantalizing tale of modern cabaret at its best.
It’s sassy, vibrant, visually exciting, musically enthralling and very hip!
Classic cabaret and modern pop songs are stylistically blended with a combination of traditional arrangements and modern beats!
Raunchy routines commence with the high impact opening number 'Big Spender' with a bevy of breath taking, sexy dancers striking a pose while Alyce takes charge in centre stage. She delivers powerful vocal performances delivering hit after hit with sultry, sassy, show stopping routines.
With a mix of power and vulnerability, Alyce has always felt most at home when she is on stage; her first love has always been ‘Singing and performing’.
