ARJ BARKER.jpg
ARJ BARKER

Arj Barker has firmly established himself as one of the golden boys on the international comedy circuit. He has made numerous appearances on late night talk shows, including Letterman and Conan O'Brien shows, as well as his own half-hour special on HBO produced by Comedy Central. Arj also plays Dave on HBO's hit series Flight of the Conchords.

Though acting is a consideration, Barker seems to enjoy doing stand-up and travelling most.

PETER HELLIAR.jpg
PETER HELLIAR

Pete first came to the nation’s attention in 1999 on Network 10’s Rove, and remained on the show until its final episodes in 2009. In 2005, Pete crafted the persona of Bryan ‘Strauchanie’ Strauchan, Collingwood rookie and footy superstar in the making. Strauchanie created an AFL sensation, picking up the codes’ Personality of the Year Award, and winning Best On Ground at the 2009 EJ Whitten match. Pete has been working as a stand-up, touring to sold-out houses in Australia and New Zealand as well as hosting his own radio shows for Triple M and 2Day-FM and co-hosting the highly successful Channel 10 program 'The Project'.

VINCE SORRENTI.jpg
VINCE SORRENTI

Vince has a long history of versatility and comedic prowess, cutting his teeth in Architecture Revues in the early 1980s and in the burgeoning stand-up comedy scene that he helped create.

He has hosted TV programs in Australia and the United States, appeared in movies, released comedy albums, performed in festivals, and been a guest on countless talk and variety programs. He has thrice won the “MO” Award as Australia's Best Comic.

DENISE SCOTT.jpg
DENISE SCOTT

“Denise Scott... only has to look as if she's going to say something and everyone laughs."  - Sunday Herald Sun

Denise Scott has been treading the boards for longer than she cares to remember, but it is this wealth of experience that makes her one the country's strongest live comic performers. Since her start in the biz in the early 1980's, Scotty has been making people laugh with her blend of personal stories and topical observations.

HUNG LE.jpg
HUNG LE

A man of many talents, Hung is a violinist-turned-comedian who first made his mark as the winner of Hey Hey It’s Saturday’s “Red Faces” segment and the Melbourne International Busking Competition, impressing judges with the clowning, classical troupe Como String Quartet.

He has featured in Australian blockbuster films The Wogboy, Fat Pizza, SNAK and True Love and Chaos. Hung has appeared at major festivals in Australia, the UK, Edinburgh, Juste Pour Rire-Montreal, and Hong Kong.

JANELLE KOENIG.jpg
JANELLE KOENIG

Janelle Koenig was discovered at the Jeez Louise Funny Women's Forum of October 2002, and hasn't looked back - mainly because she hasn't had time. Since then, Janelle has performed in venues across Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra.

Janelle is an accomplished comedian and a mediocre guitarist.  Her unique blend of honest stand-up, cheeky songs and sometimes far too personal tales about all aspects of her own life have made her a favourite amongst Australian audiences. She’s fun, fabulous, flirty and always a hit.

ROD QUANTOCK.jpg
ROD QUANTOCK

‘Rod Quantock is one of Australia's most loved comics and identities. Rod sprang from architecture revues in the early seventies, going on to create the landmark series, Australia: You're Standing In It.

He is one of the reasons that Melbourne is the live comedy capital of Australia. Rod's Melbourne Comedy Festival live shows are fast sell-outs, and he received the Green Room Award for Best Fringe/Comedy Event for his show Sunrise Boulevard. He was a regular on the Network Ten’s Good News Week.

TRACY BARTRAM.jpg
TRACY BARTRAM

Tracy has proved to be one of the most powerful voices in Australian radio, but since her departure from FOX, the natural progression for Tracy was to write and produce her own shows. This has revealed her diversity as a performer: a singer, actor, and comedian who continues to keep her audiences entertained and exploding with laughter! With her band in tow she performs an eclectic collection of original, cover and jazz song, mixing humour with real vocal dynamics.

STEVE BEDWELL.png
STEVE BEDWELL

Steve has performed in major comedy venues all across Australia and overseas, including feature shows at the Melbourne Comedy Festival. Sell out shows at The National Theatre and The Comedy Club, a fourteen week season at Crown Casino and the Comedy Room at Sydney Casino have shown Steve to be an excellent comedian and crowd-pleaser.

In terms of corporate events, Steve is a specialist. He reads the crowd beautifully and always leaves them laughing - his skill to MC an event and stick to a tight running schedule is first class, thanks to years of radio broadcasting.
