ACID JACKS
THIS AINT ROCK N ROLL. THIS IS ELECTROCIDE!”
Acid Jacks = Obnoxious ultra electric acid party music. The soundtrack to midnight burgers and extra sugar cola with a touch of hand held video games and lots of chrome! Less funk than punk, but sexier than Giorgio Moroder’s Italian sports car. They are the anti-heroes of a forgotten past, trying to connect and communicate via a drum machine. Judge, Jury and Electrocutioners.

DIRTY SOUTH
Over the past 3 years, Dirty South aka Dragan Roganovic has made an instant name for himself in the dance music industry, impressing the who’s who of international DJs, producers, media and music lovers with his uncanny ability to dish up ready-made dancefloor bombs.
Born in Europe and moved to Australia when he was 13, Dragan’s thirst for music took a hold of him from a young age. Unable to afford turntables, the youngster began ‘mixing’ with an old NEC Cassette deck, while his growing fascination with production saw him re-jig his home computer and start to make beats with it using demo music software.
GRANT SMILLIE
In a year that can only be described as stellar, Grant alongside Ivan Gough sent their TV ROCK studio project through the roof. Their debut single ‘Flaunt It’ feat Seany B broke all records, achieving double platinum sales (160,000 units) and screamed to the #1 position on the ARIA charts; picking up 2 ARIA gongs for highest selling single and best dance record respectively. TV ROCK also released Sunshine City- their debut album to much acclaim.
JAMES ASH
Looking at a career as long and varied as James Ash's, it's pretty weird to think that it all began in a mates' London bedroom studio back in 1989.
‘That was the critical moment I was exposed to Dance Music', explains James, ‘Before that it had all been about Hip Hop and electronics'. Long term collaborator Steve D was to blame… ‘When Steve started putting all these records on, it just blew my head off. I knew then Dance music was something special'.
